Delivery and Returns

With the environment foremost in our minds we try to recycle as many boxes as possible, maybe your order does not arrive in a brand new box but will always be well packaged and wrapped.
Currently we are delivering to Eire
All Items will be dispatched to the delivery address supplied by yourselves, please ensure that this is correct at checkout.
We are currently working with a 7 working day turnaround as volumes of orders are high at the moment, and couriers are extremely busy.We are of course trying our best to get them out sooner to you all.

Delivery Rates are as follows:
We Offer Free Delivery For Orders Over 50.00 euro To ROI  All Other Orders Under These Amounts Are 6.95 .

Returns

We hope that you are delighted with your purchase, but if you would like to return an item, please contact us by email at citrusandsagehomeinteriors@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your request.
Items must be returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and within its original packaging.
We will not be able to refund any postage charges.
Postage for returns is at your own cost.

Damaged Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit please email us immediately at citrusandsagehomeinteriors@gmail.com and do not dispose of the damaged item.
Our courier will need photographic evidence of the damaged item for us to make a claim.
Photos Required:
An image of the damaged item and a clear image of the packaging including the box that your order arrived in please.
